ICSTIE 2008 UiTM Pulau Pinang is a good platform for researchers, instructors, scientists, engineers and students to exchange their ideas and intellectual views on related topics. In addition, this conference will expand their communication network in developing knowledge and new discovery using the method state-of-the-art technology. The conference also focuses on Northern Corridor Economic Region (NCER) with various science and technology input that contributes to the development of NCER.
