On Monday, 14th April, my office conducted an expedition to Gua Tempurung
We chose package no. 3 (Wet tour) which is exciting and yet challenging. It takes about 2 1/2 hours to complete the tour. It was an amazing tour, no doubt. For those who loves adventurous kind of tour, you might want to try package no.4 which is more challenging and strenous.
Inside the cave, a lot of formations of stalactites resemble some of the living creatures such as dolphin, lions, jelly fish, human, monkeys etc. Due to my "unsophisticated" camera, I was not able to capture them all.
The journey started with the "wet" first.
beautiful isn't it?
resting while waiting for the other friends
"sliding" from the bottom. Yes, have to slide down this slippery lime stonechambers in the cave (we didn't go in here)
looks like "marble" rockit says "stop here" 1959 - this is during the Japanese era, may be they stopped/hide there, but didn't know for what purpose
